Hi, I'm Raven

As the creator and founder of Of Earth & Echo, I have been tutoring and mentoring neurodiverse individuals since 2016. I have always had a passion and a deep love for helping others. As I began my career exploration journey, I realized that 1-on-1 and small group teaching is where people benefit the most. Their needs and wants are best met but most importantly, I began to understand that establishing a deeper connection with the individual is key when trying to teach but pivotal when trying to mentor. I strongly believe that everyone possess all of the tools they need in order to succeed; these skills simply need to be extracted, molded, and polished for the individual to consistently practice and thus succeed. In 2018, I received my Bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Education, and in 2021 I received my Master's degree in Secondary Special Education and Transition. It was through the development of my Master's, that I found a desire to build and promote life skills in people with all abilities. My professional and personal experience has allowed me to understand and communicate with people in a way that directly relates to their values, principles, ideals, abilities, and challenges.
